Aromatherapy is the art of healing and improving health by using essential oils. These are natural ingredients found in herbs, plants, flowers, fruits and the bark, roots or resin of some trees. By skillfully mixing and blending the oils, the therapist is able to produce aromas that are just right for the purpose in mind.
Usually used with massage, the oils are chosen specifically for each client after an in-depth discussion of the client’s problems and lifestyle.
